I received a professional/formal message about repaying my student loans and having 24 hours to respond before action was taken on my "account" and was provided with a reference #. I have no outstanding student loans. When I called to inform the company, the call was answered asking if I was calling to make a payment on outstanding student loans.
When I responded no and asked what loans were outstanding, the call was quickly disconnected. I called back two additional times to gather more information and ask for the agent’s direct line and each time the call was disconnected by various represenatives.
