This company said they were taking over my student loan from ***. I paid in 1245.00 but kept getting calls from *** saying I was late on payment. When that kept happening I called and cancelled the account and asked for my money back. I received an email (attached below) stating it would receive a check for 1245.00 but it has not arrived. Now I can’t reach them and when I call it says I’m the 25th caller and that number never changes. Also replied to email and left messages for a return call but nothing. Now I’m 6months late on my *** account.

This business claims to have consolidated my account. They gave taken over $230 from my account every month since may. I am still getting notices from previous loan provider and my balance hasn’t gone down.
Any time I call signature loans I get the run around and get told I’ll get called back.
