Type of a scam Phishing
I have been receiving telephone calls from the above number and text messages noting "Kimberly, we did not receive your claim forms for student debt relief. Call me back @ 330-946-3692 for extension of time or your request will expire". I never requested information on student loan debt relief and I am not sure how they were able to obtain my telephone number to send text messages. This the 4th call from this facility and I have asked them to remove my number but I am still getting telephone calls.
