My sister went online to obtain information on her student loan debt relief. She went on the website (?) and obtained an 855 no. which she called and spoke to Craton who stated she needed to send a ltr on her annuity from Social Security. Also, 2 references that they can contact in the event they were unable to contact her. They were going to consolidate her student loan ($78,000) and all she had to do was send them $100 a month for 4 months. She set up an automatic acct where they could debit the money automatically; she set it up this morning.
