I have received two letters by mail concerning my new vehicle’s factory warranty and only limited amount of time is left. Also have received phone calls asking if I received the notice by mail. The letters have the Street Toyota name/logo at the top of the letter. The second letter is signed Paul Friedrick Program Coordinator Street Toyota. They called me the next day after the second letter. I agreed to purchase the warranty with my credit card. The following day I called Street Toyota concerning the letter and was told that the letter is a scam. I called my credit card company and informed them. They sending me a new credit card and a dispute form that I must use to dispute the down payment placed on my card. Since I agreed to purchase the vehicle warranty over the phone.
