I received a mortgage rate reduction offer in the mail from Streamline Service TEL: (866) 345-1330, file number ***. They offered me a mortgage rate of 3.250% through a Veterans Affairs loan IRRRL PROGRAM.
Is this offer from a legitimate business?
I contacted my present mortgage company Fifth Third Bank and their representative said that a 3.250% loan rate is unheard of the lowest they could go was 3.380%. The Fifth Third representative said I should contact ScamPulse.com to see what you have to say about this offer.
