Derek Fleming is taking 50% deposits for home remodeling jobs and never returning to do the job. I know of at least 3 different jobs he has stole the deposit and did not perform any work. He tells the customer a false address, which is actually a real business with the a similar name that does granite and natural stone countertops. He impersonates their company to get the job then steals from the customer never to be heard from again.
Derek Fleming, brother of Charles and Russell Fleming, is a thief. He cashed out check for $5,625 and never began work. His brother Russell was kind enough to provide information about Derek, including places of employment (NFM), and what cars he owns. Stonemasters of DFW (Craig McKinney), allegedly cashed these checks or allowed the business name to be used.
