This is a website that sells school supplies, textbooks, etc. Being a college student, books are very expensive so I wanted to go the more affordable route and buy the ebook pdf version as I usually do. So I picked this website since it had the cheapest option for the book I needed. They sent me an order confirmation email but never sent the book. The next day they sent an email saying my order was refunded; never got a refund. Waited one week, emailed the customer support and no response. I saw other people reviewed this website as a scammer website afterwards, and they are taking a lot of college students/ parents’ money. It has happened to multiple consumers already, so someone needs to stop them.

I ordered a PDF text book from this company and paid for the PDF and got an email saying it would arrive in my email in 6-24 hours. After about 10 hours, I got an email and it said my order would have to be refunded. It was not put back into my account and I emailed three times and have not heard anything. Their website says they do not have a phone number because they are not "scammers." After it was too late, I saw that many other people have had the same problem according to their reviews.
