This business offered to do collections on my businesses’ behalf for services I did for a consumer. Provided them with a statement of services and money owed, and customers contact information. They never got back to me with any information or payments on any collections made. Can’t connect with the company over the phone. – The customer called me and notified me that they made payments to the collectors over the phone weeks ago.
