Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Through Facebook messenger I got a message from a person that said they were issuing a sweepstakes through IRS and if you qualified you would be contacted. Agent Steve Rodriguez contacted via text message to tell me I had won a sweepstakes of winnings of $155,300.00 and a new GMC truck through Bank of America. And also they running a promotional deal through Verizon that they would take over paying for the service. Steve told me I needed to send 600 to pay for the taxes of the money, and later down the way to send $1200 for the taxes for the truck. He open a fraud bank account through a becu credit union in Washington. He hacked into my Verizon account and charged up $3,095.00 in devices on my account. Keep telling the winnings are being deposited and he was delivering the truck. I have filed identity theft and fraud on him through the FBI, Ohio State Attorney General, and the Fraud Protection Center through Verizon. He was constantly harassing me, texting me, calling me, and telling he was moving to Ohio because he was convinced he was going to change my future.
