On July 17, 2020 I filed a complaint regarding Stephen Arciniega regarding tile work I had paid for but was never completed. Today July 21, 2020 Mr. Arciniega contacted me and honorably offered to repay the $750.00 dollars back to me in cash.
This evening I received from Stephen Arciniega, of Gonzales Construction, License #362496 the amount of $750.00 cash refund for work he was unable to complete due to extenuating circumstances. His explanation of the unforeseen circumstances was acceptable. In return and good faith, I am here and now retracting my previous negative comments regarding his business practices and the contractual agreement we had previously made. I am thankful for my refund and wish Mr. Arciniega only good things in his future business endeavors.

Stephen Arciniega from Gonzales Construction Handyman Services Lic#362496 Phone #909-513-7835. This man has been evading speaking with me by phone. He has not returned to finish a tile job I paid him for. He did the flooring but has not returned to do the kitchen back splash I paid for. I keep texting him and he rarely answers. When he does answer he has nothing but excuses for not coming back to complete the job. Every text response when he text’s is always another excuse. He was suppose to return on July 3rd and when I called him the night before, someone claiming to be his wife said he was in jail for an accident he had while driving with a friend. Of course this is a lie. When I texted his phone two days ago, the same person said he was still trying to get bail. Another lie because my son called him from his phone and he answered then hung up. He lives somewhere in Montclair from conversations we had . Plays himself off to be a Christian man. If anyone can give me an address or location of this con artist I would very much appreciate it. The phoney business card he gave me has no address on it. I desperately need an address so I can take him to small claims court. My email is [email protected] Please help me catch this fraud.
