My sister contacted me saying a woman called looking for me (Elizabeth Budinger) There is a civil case against me.She gave me the Number.I called.The woman preceded to tell me I will be going to court and my fines will triple.She said said It might be to late but I may be able to pay the $1,997.23.I owed Guarantee Bank the money.( I had a account with them roughly 8 yrs ago) She knew my parents address and said someone is coming between 2 and 3pm to serve me.She said I have a chance to pay now and me emotional and in a panic gave her my card number.she sent me a email for me to electronically sign papers.(I did not sign) My sister and her husband contacted me and told me its a scam after doing more research.I contacted the bank immediately about 10 min after giving her my card info.The money was pending.Praying to still have my money.Definantly a scam.called them a few hours later a man answers saying Steinberg and Russo how can I help you.
