Received a letter from The Honorable Curtis M. Loftis, Jr. State Treasurer ofSouth Carolina. They claim we have property valued at $62,713. and must send copy of drivers license. Proof that we once resided at address which is our old address. Sign the claim and have notorized and sign. Just wanted to know if this was a scam?
