Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order with StaryLight. After several weeks I contacted them as I had not received a notice that product had shipped. When I wrote the service email address, they responded that it had not been processed and please be patient. After several more weeks, and seeing that my credit card had been charged but no product or notice of shipment, I tried contacting them again (both via Facebook and email). There is now no response and it has been over a month.
