Starrylights Reviews - Starrylights Scam or Legit

Tamara – Sep 18, 2020

First item (50$) got delivered to an entirely different
address the tracking information displayed as follows:

Israel, 【Israel】 Delivered. Thank you for using SF Express. Looking forward to serving you again

StarryLights told me to contact my local postal office, I did and they said
that they don’t even work with SF Express, and turns out
if you look closely it doesn’t even say to what city it has been delivered to,
here’s an example of a proper order I received directly my address:

It says my city name and Israel.
Heck knows in what city my package is at right now?!

If the second item gets lots similarly I’ll be 100% sure this is a scam
and update you guys, but so far, the support
are refusing to give me a refund on the item that hasn’t been delivered
and are basically pushing the blame from their side to “the local post
office” who btw doesn’t recognize the [censored]ty shipping company they paid for
in order for the package to ship to me.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

May 10 2020, I ordered a product from , it is now June 15 2020 and I have Tried to reach out to them with no answer beside to wait until it comes in the mail. I Went on there instagram to read there review and realized a lot of people had ordered from them way before I did and have not received products for months as well. So basically they charged me for a product I have yet to receive and it’s been 5 weeks and after contacting them through email they said they can not give me a refund until I receive the product and send it back, but there is no product received for me and many others in the first place. So I want to make sure this company is not just taking people’s money and doing this exact same things to others.
