Person claims to be with Stark Collections and i have not paid a paid day loan from 2012 for 300.00. To keep from proceeding to court and legal matter of 2, 500 i can make a payment of 500.00 and erase the devit. i have never had this loan and refused to pay. Blocked the number and received calls from other numbers with same information. and lady swearing it is legit.
