Type of a scam Identity Theft
When I answer the phone, they know my first name and tell me, "I see you filed for you social security benefits and I would like to help you with that….." When I tell them I have never done anything of the sort, they hang up on me. When I call back they answer the phone and I explain my situation, they hang up on me.
