Type of a scam Debt Collections
They call and say you owe an old overdrawn bank draft. But they can’t mail you out any info about this "debt". They give old address. They also claim that you will get served in 2 days and have to have 2 forms of Id and a supervisor present to get these legal papers (you do not need 2 forms of Id or your boss present to get served). When you try to question them they will only talk about the "debt" and not answer your questions. I’m sure it’s a scam. I’ve been getting calls from different numbers but same people when I answer saying the same thing but went through a couple of banks names that i have never had an account with before I had to stop them and hang up.
