This business claims to be a courier service. Once they get your money they disappear, There is no service. They work with fake kennels that they claim they ship animals for, Hobson Pomeranian is the one I was dealing with. The kennel does not exist. According to local authorities the property is a vacant home that is on the market. The courier’s business claims to be in OK, the Kennel claims to be in VA and he picked up the moneygram in MD. Frank Filmore is the courier’s name but he could be using any name. I believe he is not a US citizen.
