Hotel staff charged credit card in my online profile with Marriott International when there was no reservation. I have never stayed at this hotel yet my credit card was charged. This charge did not even show up in my online profile with Marriott; I found out when I was checking my credit card statement. General Manager and front desk employees should be investigated for fraud.
