Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Needed a loan, I have bad credit. Spring Valley offered to give me a loan. But since my credit was bad, needed $750 to insure the loan. Send it via Western Union with a credit card. Next day, Spring Valley called me and said they needed another $600 for taxes. I told them, forget it, sounded upsurd. Send me a refund. Now they say, to process the refund, send $700 cancellation fee. Such terrible people.
