Someone by the name of Mr. Bernstein left a message on my voicemail saying it was imperative that i call them. I returned the call and he claims to be representing spot loan saying that a lawsuit was pending against me and if i didn’t agree to pay he would file the lawsuit against me. I do remember dealing with this company over 4 yrs ago but i haven’t been contacted by anyone until now claiming to represent the business. When i told the man that i would like to speak with someone from spot loan first i was told they would document my file as refusal and proceed with the suit.
