I purchased a generator from this person for $117 and he said it’s takes time to come China to USA. I kept email and he kept saying it’s on it way till it was too late to dispute the charge on my credit card. I seen his website on Facebook but they never heard of him. He has in the last month or so closed down his website and not answering his emails.
