This company called and left a voice mail stating that I had criminal and civil cases against me and bc covid19 is hard on people they could help me and my family with this situation. I called back and talked to a gentleman who told me all of.my information and when I asked about the statute of limitations he hung up on me. I called back with no answer left a voice mail. Called back again got an answer but they didn’t say anything and hung up. I called again and got Jeff who says he is the supervisor so I couldn’t talk to anyone else. After he explained the situation I asked about the statute of limitations and he told me I need to look at my contract it doesn’t matter when it was I owed the money. He told me that I wouldn’t get anywhere in life talking to people the way I do and told me to never call that office again. When I asked for a copy of the phone call he hung up. I have been unsuccessful in finding any information on this company or the phone number that was used to call me and i call them. I contacted the clerk of courts to see if anything had been filed like Jeff said there was and there is nothing, no September court date, no law suits or fraud charges pending… please don’t fall for it even the clerk told me it sounds like a scam!
