I was called by a woman who identified herself as an employee of Directv. She asked for me by name and stated that she was going to give me access to Showtime as a reward for being a loyal customer. She explained the channels and the programs on the channels and then asked me to confirm my name. After I said "yes." She wrapped up the call. I became suspicious and contacted Directv, who have no record of the call or promotion.
