On Friday, July 24, 2020 at 9;00 A.M., I received an email from [email protected] saying I got unlimited free trial. It did not show any products/services the company has offered. I then got first charge of $1.00 then $39.99 on 7/29/2020. with description: SPIRITTI.COM and 866-2546193 CA. CITI Costco card system detected the scam and contacted me. I disputed the transaction. Now, CITI / Costco just sent me a letter, dated on September 15, 2020,: “As part of our investigation, the merchant provided documentation showing the merchandise was shipped to the address we have on file. …, CITI reversed the credit previously issued to your account.” I even do not know what the merchandise SPIRITTI.COM offered; I did not receive merchandise either. I have not signed onto SPITITTI.com MEMBERSHIP FORM at all.
I found a page for the movie greyhound that I wanted to see with tom hanks actually my husband sent me the link. It said 1.00 for first month for the streaming service. Once I paid I was redircted to a book site and no movies at all. Then they charged my card one week later for 39.99 and another company called DRAMAWIZ also charged me 39.99 – obviously connected to Spiritti somehow. I have now requested a refund and doubt they will make good. Total scam!

I clicked on the link to sign up for Disney plus in order to earn gems for the game I was playing, monster legends. It took me to what appeared to be the Disney plus sign up page. After I had entered my information including credit card info to start my free trial, I was taken to a completely different steaming service I had never heard of. I googled the Disney plus website and entered my registration info to see if I had actually signed up for Disney at all, which is when I realized I had been scammed. The Disney plus registration page I was taken to originally was a fake. Now I can sign in to this fraudulent page with any email address, including completely fake ones. I have step by step pictures to show how the scam worked, including one that guaranteed no charges would be taken from my account
