Type of a scam Tech Support

November 2015 I had problems with my computer being toos slow, contacted the "support" line on the bottom right corner of my pc. Next day received a call from a man who stated he was tech support and had seen my request for help. He went through the pc and provided info that I had a great many viruses and he could update and remove those and provide a cleaning system to perform monthly. On January 14, I received a call from him saying that the company had gone out of business and he would be returning the $400 I had paid via credit card in November. I stupidly agreed to his saying that the original funds had gone out of country and he would put $5,000 into my bank account in exchange I would send money-grams/western union funds to persons in China to offset currency exchange rates. He was very demanding and exact in his instructions. When I challenged him, he showed me that he could wipe out all monies I had in the bank account, including credit cards. I felt like a victim and trapped and proceeded to do as he said. Fortunately, Western Union and Walmart’s Money Store would not accept the transfers of funds. I went to my bank, explained the situation and all accounts were closed. I have a professional coming in to clean out my pc and provide new anti-virus software. I have notified Microsoft of this situation and they are not aware of any company as this. I have not to this point lost any money, but the trauma is incredible and this man was so good with his threats and manipulation.
