I was looking to buy a Sphynx cat and came across their website. I filled out an online form expressing my interest in a kitten they had to sale. Later that day they emailed and texted me photos of the cat, how long they were in the business, and information about the cat. After asking a few questions a few days later we proceeded with the purchase. They asked if Zelle was okay for the payment. I sent the money and they said they would have flight information for me the next day. The following day they sent a link with information about the flight, a professional nanny would be on the flight with the kitten, and a pet agency will delivery the cat to my house. emailed and called me two hours before the flight and told me that the kitten needed a booster shot and insurance to fly the plane. The cost was a refundable $2000, (that the money would be refunded once the cat arrived). Told me to Zelle the $2000. I sent the money and didn’t hear back from the agency till the next day. They provided new flights for the cat. The day the cat was supposed to arrive they told me the cat got sick and couldn’t make the flight. The cat was at “pet disease control department” for a week. It got to a point where no one answered the phone or called me about the kitten anymore.
I made the purchase for the kitten December 25, 2019.
