called from a restricted number then left a 855 number to call back saying I owed for a credit card from 18 years ago. The amount was 200, but after fees was 1,800. Said, I was being sued in civil court for the amount. If I paid today they would drop it to half the amount or go to court. Sent me a email for docu-sign then call them back to pay. I asked for them send me everything through mail. they told me that the reduced amount was only for today and if I choose via postal we would have to go to court. I asked for them to verify who they are and who was suing me. They told they couldn’t tell me who is suing me. They gave me a website for themselves.
