after reading about and researching keto product, I ordered product using debit card for a trial costing 9.95. this was done on 12/8 and according to the company the product was delivered on 12/13. I did not get the product then because of the holiday mail…looking at my bank statement 12-24 I was charged 99.00. I called and was told that since I did not cancel 14 days after the 8th I was charged the full amount for the product and was enrolled in automatic refills. I said I did not get or have the opportunity to try the product and also was not told about the cancellation policy and when I finally got the product it has no information to that policy in the packaging..lastly the only word the customer service said was that I did not understand and the only thing she could do was to send more product at a reduced price and there was no way I could get a refund. After all this, I look at news program which is warning about the very thing I had just got taken for( a trial program)
