I received an email from SpareRoom telling me to tell my friends about the company and they also had a fictitious advertisement saying that I was looking to share or rent a room. I never heard of this company, I never advertised with this company, I am not looking to rent a room nor am I looking for roomates. Their website had a picture of me which was taken from a Facebook profile and they had my age and a fictitious profile of me that I never made. I would like this business to delete the fake profile or ad that contains my name and my other information.

This person scammed me for 300$ deposit I have a receipt I gave her money Monday on Tuesday I change my mind she said she don’t have deposit she paid bills will have it next Friday. I have all txt of our conversations can forward it to you. I called her landlord( landlady) she owes money for rent land lady taking her to court and waiting for court date. She said it’s not 1st time she used people and took their money. Apartment location 101 hart st apt 1 Brooklyn ny 11206  (347) 457-8444 she goes by fake name Veronica Cruz

Please make sure she doesn’t scam anyOne else landlord said she behind rent 3 month and she done it to people not a 1st time it’s unlawful and uneacceptable situation.
