Type of a scam Phishing
5/25/2017-I usually do not answer phone calls I don’t recognize. The caller id said it was Spalding Hospital (Griffin GA). Since I live close enough for this to be a concern, I answered. No one said anything for a moment, then they said hello and I said "yes" (I know very stupid of me). The person begins a spiel saying I am eligible for medical alert system. I hang up and check out the number. It is not the number for the hospital. I have reported it to the hospital and now I will be checking my financial statements closely.
