I placed an order for a waist trainer on April 30th. I really thought I did my research, today is 6/1 and I have not received my order. I sent my first email on 5/4th asking for status. I received a canned response about COVID-19, and delays BUT, I should be reeving a tracking number w/in hours or day. I sent another message 5-19, 5-24 and 5-30th, all ignored. I sent an Instagram message today requesting a refund. They no longer are allowing you to comment on on their Instagram posts yet they are still advertising. SCAM ALERT! I want my money back.
I saw an ad on Instagram for waist trainers and this company had a sale, so I visited their website (sowaisted.com). The products looked nice, so I placed an order on 4/29/2020. On 5/15/2020 I sent an email inquiring about my order. I also wrote a comment on the company’s Instagram page (@sowaistedco) asking if they could share when my order would ship. Both were ignored. The company deleted my comments from their instagram page. I sent another email, that so far has not been answered. At this point, I want my money back and this site needs to be shut down.
