Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I purchased two tank tops that are meant to be for baby wearing. The website claimed that they were $24.97 each, discounted from $75. The type of shirt is a name brand shirt sold by a company called Lulabu and also sold on Amazon, for $75. The Sooki website uses the pictures straight from the Lulabu website, making it appear this is the same product. The shirts I received are nothing like the product advertised, they are cheap, with the pocket for baby wearing in the wrong location, and would be dangerous to use for baby wearing. When I asked for a refund they initially asked that I send them a picture of myself wearing the shirt with my baby in it. When I told them I would not do that they offered a discount of half of my purchase price. I again told them no and they then told me they would be reimbursing me the full amount and even sent what looked like a receipt for the reimbursement. This was 3-4 weeks ago and I have not received my actual reimbursement in my banking account despite emailing them nearly daily.

This company is clearly a scam. They are selling counterfeit products with false advertisement and then lying about fund transfers.
