I got a phone call from this company stating they were responding to my application; however the name of the company did not ring a bell at all. They asked for my email info and the email asked me to confirm my address. They sent me a work portal link and everything. The job was to receive packages and then reship them. I told my significant other what I had done and he informed me that it was a scam. I had already sent my drivers license information and all so now I’m worried about identity theft and being linked to criminal activity. I have not received any packages as of yet. I have emailed the company to withdraw my interest in the position but have not received a reply yet.
