Type of a scam Identity Theft
The company is under my name but I have not used it or done business with it for four years. I recently received a lawsuit about the people who were using this company as their own and scamming people. I realized they went into the Secretary of State website and changed the address of the business and the representative into their own, started emails and a website with my business name.
