A woman called my mother, 80 years old, and said that her brother told her company that we were interested in solar panels. My mother was getting upset because the woman would not give her a chance to say something. My mother finally said, "My brother could not have done that, he is deaf and does not have a tty phone system. He has never talked on a phone in his 78 years. How dare you say that and she hung up."
