My daughter ordered 3 sets in the amount of $41.00 & we never received the items. She emailed them and they kept asking her for order number, she never received a confirmation for the order so obviously there is no order number. She was going back and forth with someone named Josephine & last email response was “maybe you bought from another store and please check with your bank”. This is absolutely a scam! This is 5 months later.

Item portrayed is not what you get.
The ad shows a snow cover that is 74″ x 57″ Says extra large cover. Fits SUV, Truck, Van. Picture’s and video show this nice large cover. However what you get is only 59″ x 27″ (not counting the flaps that go inside the door). There is not one picture on the website that shows the actual cover you will receive. I emailed them for an exchange or refund. Got this reply.

The ad is used as a general promotion for the product. Detailed product description, however, is on our website where you place the order, with photos, and customer reviews. We apologize that you got confused about this.
As per our refund policy, we only accept refunds/returns if the item is damaged upon arrival. Unfortunately, this is not eligible for a refund.
I have emailed back saying they have misrepresented their product, and they will not reply to me. Stay away from these guys. You do not get what is advertised.

The order was placed on 29 November 2019, product never arrived. Emailed them on 9 Jan 2020. They apologized for the delay and said the package was on its way. By 7 February 2020, I had received 4 tracker emails, but never with real details and finally it listed as “undelivered”. I emailed again on 28 February 2020. On 2 March 2020 I received a reply that there was an issue with the address, though the info she showed me was the CORRECT address, and I receive packages here from all other companies, just fine. I told her I wanted a refund. She never replied, even after 3 more emails over the course of 13 days.
My items never arrived, and 15 weeks later, I am still emailing back and forth trying to get a refund on the product. At this point they are no longer replying. I want this to be taken care of.
I received the wrong items, and they have refused to send me the correct items or give me a refund.
