I found this company advertising on Craigslist and Twitter (@sneakerkingz88). I contacted them through email to discuss ordering some sneakers from them. We communicated via text many times, them sending me pictures of the ones I wanted, and negotiating a price. A price was worked out and I sent money through my bank/PopMoney. That was on 9/27/2016. Through many lies and excuses I still have not received what I ordered. After about 4 weeks of this we both came to the conclusion that they were going to send me back my money. I sent them the information needed in order to do so, which they still haven’t done. They have now blocked me and ceased all communication. I have contacted my bank, craigslist, PopMoney, and twitter regarding their fraudulent practices. I just want this over with and my money back, $215. I can’t file in small claims court for Dallas County because I need to be present.
