I emailed back and forth with these people and then began to text them, they sent me pictures and videos of the pup and lots of info. We wanted to reserve a pup and sent a deposit then they slowly stopped replying to us. I then found the same exact information on another website which I will also report. I signed a contract with them saying all money is 100% refundable and I would need my deposit back and they wont reply. I disputed it with Google Pay but they say they cannot do anything about. So unfortunate and we are devastated we will no longer be going to pick up a puppy.
