Type of a scam Online Purchase

We were looking for a puppy and visited smartpuppyshop.com online. We contacted them about a puppy and they responded back. They wanted payment via MoneyGram. We sent them $550. Their website clearly says 100% satisfaction or a full refund. Also says there will be no additional requests for further payment. A day or so later we received an email from DailyPetMovers saying we lacked the insurance to have the pet shipped and wanted an additional $950.00 wired to them via Western Union. We did not do this and contacted the [email protected] to complain. Mark answers the phone but never does anything except say that he will check and get back to me. So we never got the dog and we haven’t been able to get a refund. The moneygram went to the following person: Paul Porte 608 Coolidge St Little Rock, AK 72204. This might just be the person that picks up the wire but they would have to show ID to pick up the wire.

Do not use this company.
