There was someone knocking on my door offering to replace my furnace and AC for free. They said the Ontario government gives you a free furnace and AC as part of their $100 m grant.
I let them in and do the assessment. Needless to say the guy was very aggressive. He wanted me to sign right there.
When I refused he just tore up the papers and walked out. I kept the Pre-Inspection Checklist.
The company has no address on the sheet. The tel# is 1-800-SHW-7759. The web address is www.smarthomeworks.com. I went this web site. The web site has no company address either.
