Same experience as the person above. Ordered the Smart Cat House. Paid $155 USD in September 2019. It’s now June 2020 and I haven’t received the order and nor any response to numerous emails.

I ordered the smart cat house and they immediately took my money. I have never received the product and have sent at least 4 emails with no response. Their address does not contail a city — just the street address & state, zip. Their website states that it will ship in 8 to 12 days. It has been 6 weeks with no response. They do not include a phone number on their sit.
