I placed an order on 12/28/18, was given a bogus UPS tracking number and have yet to receive the item.
I received an email on 12/31/2018 stating that the order had been shipped on 01/02/2019 and was given a bogus UPS tracking number. I contacted customer service via email on 1/12/2019, because there is no phone at which they can be reached, and told them I hadn’t received the item. I was given a canned email response with the same bogus tracking number. Repeat the above on 1/16/2019. I have sent them messages via social media with no response. Today is 1/25/2019 and I still have not received my order or my refund and the tracking number is still bogus.
I have attempted to reach out to the company on Instagram and they blocked me on 01/27/2019. How telling is that?I have sent numerous emails and now they have stopped responding entirely. There is no telephone number at which they can be reached. Also very telling. They took my money and have not sent me my item. They are frauds.
