I recently purchased an item from skyparka.com and I was aware the product was shipping from China. However, seeing a San Francisco mailing address on an Ad I assumed it was a legit company. The product, in this case a jacket, arrived as advertised. The fit was a little small so I opted to return the product as their site says 30 day returns from delivery date. I followed the instruction on their website emailing them my return request. The reply was an auto reply,( request received, we currently have a high volume and will reply ASAP within 48 to 72 hours) no worries it was Friday evening and assumed it would be handled the next business day. Two weeks have passed and still haven’t received any info on product return. So I sent another email hoping to initiate a response, still nothing, buyer beware. I feel I am out of luck with my money. Hoping for positive results, still highly doubtful at this point.
