When you place your introductory order, they don’t tell you that you are then automatically enrolled in their monthly renewal of the product, which is $40/mo. If you try to call and cancel they try to offer discounts to keep you from cancelling.

I ordered a jar of Skin Tek mole remover cream, when I was checking out a screen popped up & asked if I wanted to upgrade the strength on the cream for more money. I agreed to extra strength. There was nothing about a subscription. I got the cream & applied it as directed and had no results. The following month I got another jar in the mail that I didn’t order. I contacted the company via email to ask why I received another jar of cream, as I didn’t order it. I was told they would cancel my subscription (unbeknownst to me) and I could keep the cream & they would refund me 25% of the purchase or I could return it & they would deduct 30% of my refund for a restocking fee. I would also have to pay to ship the unopened jar back. I agreed to just take the 25% refund however I still didn’t think it was right. The facebook page for this product is full of comments by customers stating the same thing that happened to me and that the product doesn’t work. Several people posted comments regarding a phone number to call & address to send the product back. I posted the information that I had. Skin Tek responded to my comment that stated "*** Off".

The product was listed for sale as a single item, however, when I ordered it the set me up for auto – delivery and proceeded to charge me monthly. This is false advertising.
