I ordered a pair of skates.com on 5/14/20 the money was taken out instantly, I opted for 24-48 hr shipping which was another 40$ for to my purchase. I never received a tracking number. I emailed a week later asking how long does it usually take, never got a respond. Emailed again two weeks later saying please cancel my order. That never happened, started calling the number on 7/1/20 left a voicemail stating that I emailed several times and would like to cancel my order and to please return my call as soon as possible. Every time after that that I call, it goes straight to a voicemail for ‘carol sloan’ and saying the mailbox is full.
