When I signed up for an account at Sitebuilder.com, I was told that I’d be paying $4.99 per month. Instead, they charged me fully for a 24-month span at once. When I called to cancel my account and receive a refund, they informed me that I had a free account (which I don’t) and asked for my bank account information.
