Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item from the website and paid an additional "expedited" fee for shipping. When I inquired about the status of my order, the company responded stating that it had 2 week processing time, even though I requested an expedited purchase. After a month, I never heard that the order had been processed. I inquired with the company through their customer service email and the company’s social media account, but I never heard back. The company charged my card for the purchase (including another "processing fee").

I never received my item and never heard back from the company. It is a complete scam.
