I ordered this machine in May for a Mother’s Day gift and haven’t received the product as of July 26, 2020. I have tried contacting them and tracking my package, but I haven’t had any results. I finally received a pair of socks in the mail with the same tracking number as my order. I haven’t seen the advertisement since I ordered it.

I ordered a Singer embroidery machine in May. The ad was placed on Facebook for a Mother’s day special. The price was for $99 US. Dollars. I received a pair of socks, with the tracking number matching the tracking number for the embroidery machine. I emailed them several times requesting a refund. They have not responded at all. I could not find their ad again. Recently the ad reappeared on Facebook, and I took a screenshot of it.

When I didn’t receive my sewing machine I tried to contact them they gave a tracking number so I tracked it and when I received it the package contained a pair of socks.
